Getting a bit personal.

So perhaps you’d like to know a little bit more about me before we get together to make some life-changing magic.

This is me realising I’ve been filming without hitting the record button 🙄

I never quite ‘fit in’ in the corporate world, I was often labelled ‘unprofessional’ and I think this was actually due to the fact that I always cared more connecting with people than obeying the work rules. That and sometimes very senior people don’t like it when you read out astrological horoscopes in team meetings. But what can you do? 🤷‍♀️

In any case, I have a loud laugh and I like to use it. I don’t think that humour is incongruent with being respectful and sacred. This business of ‘life’ is so damn heavy and overwhelming that I believe it’s important to laugh while you’re doing the ‘work.’

I’m addicted to 3 things: coffee, books and Jamie Fraser references. If you don’t know who Jamie Fraser is, I guarantee you will soon.

I consider myself a ‘Self-Care Saboteur’ and subscribe to the philosophy that life flows when mind, body and soul are aligned. Sometimes the body doesn’t get the memo, sometimes it’s the mind. Either way, I’ve learned that no one is going anywhere unless all are happy and harmonious.

I live in Blackwood, Victoria in Australia in an amazing house that I feel blessed to call home. It’s basically in the middle of the forest. I share my amazing views with my amazing husband and amazing fur-baby (see photos!). I love travelling, Tai Chi, reading, drinking champagne, making healing jewellery and potions, going to the football, long baths and bush-walking. I meditate, talk to trees, love to do rituals, have a crazy crystal collection and I don’t like cooking. I’ve probably got too many sets of Oracle Cards too! I’m pretty bad at using technology, particularly in remembering to hit the record button or change the camera setting to avoid sunlight. I may not get everything right all the time, but I always care. And…hey, that helps me get past my own ‘not good enough’ self-talk. I’d love to share what’s possible when you trust that you’re always doing your best…
