QIGONG CLASSES
Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is a 'moving meditation' which focuses on coordinating your mind, body and breath to promote better energy circulation
These 60 minute classes combine gentle stretching, acupressure, slow flowing movements and mindfulness practices. It is easy to learn and the benefits can be felt immediately. Classes are suitable for complete beginners.
