COURSE OVERVIEW

 

Over the course of 6 exciting weeks, you’ll learn how to accurately and efficiently Kinesiology self-test from a place of clarity, curiosity and compassion. You’ll embrace self-testing as a sacred act which enhances self-connection and empowers you to make inspired choices which honour your divine self and destiny.

 
 
 
 
 

What You’ll Learn…

You may have already learned how to self-test. And you may already know that the technique itself is very simple to learn. However, being able to TRUST your self-testing results is another story. Knowing how to get CLEAR and ask the RIGHT QUESTIONS with the RIGHT INTENTION, in the RIGHT CONTEXT is both a SKILL and an ART.

This course will provide you with the context and foundation for testing that you never even knew you needed. If you let it, self-testing will profoundly change the way you relate to yourself, helping you to lovingly restore your dodgy mind-body connection. This course will also help you build a practical framework for applying self-testing to creatively solve problems, make decisions, cultivate self-compassion and navigate your life with more flow and ease.

 
 
 

WEEK #1: BUILDING THE MIND-BODY RELATIONSHIP

Reconnecting with the Wisdom of the Body

This week lays the foundation for the entire course by helping you to understand the relationship between the mind and body — and why self-testing is far more than a technique.

In this session you will:

  • Develop and deepen your awareness of the body’s feedback system

  • Explore how symptoms, stress, emotions, and inner tension can act as meaningful communication rather than problems to suppress

  • Begin shifting from intellectual control toward a more connected and cooperative relationship with the body through reflection, observation, and guided exercises

 
 
 

WEEK #2: LEARNING THE BASICS OF SELF-TESTING

Accessing the Body’s Feedback System

This week introduces the practical foundations of Kinesiology self-testing and will teach you how to access the body’s feedback system directly.

In this session you will:

  • Understand what Kinesiology and muscle testing is and how it works

  • Know how to ensure accurate testing using energy medicine techniques known as ‘pre-tests’

  • Learn and practice 5 different self-testing methods to discover which approach feels most natural and reliable for you

  • Continue building confidence in interpreting feedback from your body

 
 

WEEK #3: ASKING QUESTIONS THE BODY CAN ANSWER

Foundations of Effective Questioning

This week will help you take your self-testing from a mechanical process into a genuine dialogue with the body.

In this session you will:

  • Learn basic and advanced questioning techniques for accurate self-testing

  • Understand how intention and the quality of your questions influence the quality of the answers you receive

  • Develop the skills required to construct clear and intentional questions

  • Know how to choose the right type of question for the information you need

  • Learn how to test efficiently from lists, charts, books and even supermarket shelves!

 
 
 

WEEK #4: FROM CONTROL TO COOPERATION

Reducing Interference & Increasing Clarity

This week you will explore what interferes with clear and accurate self-testing and how to move into a more intelligent and cooperative relationship with the body.

In this session you will:

  • Identify how mental control and the ‘fixing’ mindset contribute to a disharmonious mind-body relationship and impact the quality of your muscle-testing

  • Adopt a solid and sacred foundation for self-testing using the principles of holism, energy medicine, non-interference and self-healing

  • Explore the deeper conditions of clarity, curiosity, and self-compassion that support self-trust and effective testing

  • Learn simple techniques to let go of confusion, doubt, fears, judgements, mental interference and attachment to outcomes that inhibit effective self-testing and decision-making

  • Improve your listening skills and your ability to hold a loving and trusting space for yourself

 
 

WEEK #5: APPLYING SELF-TESTING TO EVERYDAY LIFE

Self-Testing for Insight & Decision-Making

This week focuses on helping you to apply self-testing in practical, meaningful, and empowering ways.

In this session you will:

  • Move from simply following techniques toward developing independent thinking, practical discernment, and a more grounded approach to using self-testing for insight, self-care, and decision-making in everyday life

  • Discover what you can and cannot test for

  • Know how to recognise unreliable testing

  • Learn how to create a personalised testing protocol

  • Explore how you can apply self-testing for your own health, self-care, business or personal development

  • Begin the exciting process of creating your own self-testing kit, database and charts

 
 

WEEK #6: CREATING YOUR PERSONAL SELF-CARE SYSTEM

Guided by the Wisdom of the Body

In the final week, you’ll bring everything together, building your own personalised self-care framework and learning how to apply self-testing to foods, supplements, remedies, and other self-care tools in a practical and personalised way.

In this session you will:

  • Build your own self-care framework and self-testing systems based on your individual needs

  • Know how to test for natural remedies – flower essences, crystals, essential oils and herbs

  • Know how to test for affirmations and healing statements

  • Establish your own self-testing routine and practice so you can enjoy an ongoing, intuitive relationship with your body and wellbeing

PRACTICE LAB

A hands-on practice lab to help you refine your questioning skills, strengthen your self-testing accuracy, troubleshoot uncertainty, and receive support through Q&A with me. (Following Week 3)

FOLLOW UP CALL

A supportive follow-up call to help you integrate what you’ve learned, ask questions that have arisen in practice, receive personalised guidance, and strengthen your confidence in applying self-testing in everyday life. (2-3 weeks following completion of the course)
