Who this is for…

This course is for practitioners and emerging practitioners who want a practical way to work beneath the presenting problem.

You may already have tools, techniques and training, but want more confidence identifying the emotional needs, inner conflicts or attachments that may be keeping a client stuck.

This training gives you three clear processes you can experience personally, understand from the inside and then apply within your professional scope.

This course is for:

  • Kinesiologists

  • Kinesiology students and emerging practitioners

  • Complementary, holistic and wellbeing coaches and practitioners

  • Practitioners who use self-enquiry and want practical processes for working with emotional needs

  • Practitioners who want a more compassionate, investigative approach to behaviour, stress and stuck patterns

KINESIOLOGY + SELF-ENQUIRY:

Kinesiology and self-enquiry are two complementary ways into this work. You can use either pathway, or both, depending on your training, scope and preferred way of working.

If you use kinesiology.

If you use kinesiology, you’ll learn where testing can support the process by helping identify or prioritise needs, explore conflict and navigate what needs attention. This is not a course on how to muscle test; it focuses on how to work with the information once you have it.

If you don't use kinesiology.

If you don’t use kinesiology, you can still participate fully. The processes can be explored through self-enquiry, reflection and skilled questioning, so you do not need to be a kinesiologist to learn and apply the framework.

About Your Teacher…

Belinda Morris

Hello, I’m Belinda Morris, founder of Essence Radiance.

Many years ago, I was on a particular path (which looked more like a treadmill!) until a health crisis bumped me off it completely. With that health crisis came the realisation of just how out of touch I had become with my own body.

My road back to health was an enlightening process, revealing all the creative ways I had neglected myself and my needs. I had to dismantle the ingrained habits of people-pleasing, perfectionism and poor boundaries.

Changing a behaviour is rarely as simple as deciding to stop doing it. There is often something underneath the behaviour - a need, a fear, a conflict or an attachment - that needs to be understood before real change becomes possible. This insight has shaped the way I work personally and professionally: with less judgement, more curiosity, and a deeper respect for the adaptive patterns that lie beneath our presenting problems.

As a Holistic Kinesiologist, Qigong Teacher and Mind Detox Practitioner, with a corporate background in Organisational Change, I bring together body awareness, kinesiology, self-enquiry and practical processes for understanding the true drivers of our stress, self-sabotage and stuck patterns.

Working with Emotional Needs brings together much of what I have learned through my own journey and almost two decades of working with clients and practitioners.

At the heart of this training is a simple shift: rather than trying to fix the behaviour, become curious about the need underneath it.
