Why self-care is overwhelming…
Your self-care is simple. Caring for everybody else to the point you become disconnected from yourselfis hard. Overcoming any symptom…your exhaustion, your stress, your hormonal imbalance, your allergies your insomnia…none of it can be addressed without making an adjustment to the way you care for yourself. Breaking down resistance to self-care is the key to your health and healing. Just don’t expect it to be easy.
How to remember that you’re in charge of your life
I believe that it’s no longer enough to be capable of identifying how and why your past reactions are derailing, hijacking, or sabotaging you. You must have a robust and self-sufficient way of breaking free from your trances. You must honour your Energy System and realise that YOU are it’s Master. Every cell in your being must know to answer to you and only you. Your system has been entranced by outdated programs and has answered to other authorities for far too long. It’s time for you to reclaim your power, live in your ESSENCE and take charge of your life.
The Simplicity of Listening to Your Body
By the time something has manifested as an ‘issue’ or ‘problem’ in your life it has already had an interesting life span. It has enjoyed life as a thought, an intuition, a gut feeling, a gentle nudge or a quiet whisper. How many times have you had an inkling about something that turned into a fully blown problem? When you just knew something was going to go pear-shaped. In fact, if you step back from any problem that you have right now, you might find that this problem has only become a problem because you didn’t listen. To yourself. The quiet whisper that originates with your Heart (your wiser, all knowing self) and is delivered by your body in the form of a ‘gut feeling’, emotion or symptom, is unfortunately something that you have been almost trained to dismiss, ignore or override.
It should be simple to be your true self, shouldn't it?
However, you've been conditioned to value effort within a paradigm that has you working hard to earn things, struggling to feel deserving, and constantly striving to improve. And so, you end up viewing your life purpose as a project to be completed - something that has to be achieved.
This way of viewing your life purpose is exactly why you might feel stuck.
It is possible to live in a way that honours your true nature, brings you meaning, purpose and joy and which doesn’t leave you feeling like you are not enough or there is something missing. Living your purpose can be effortless.
