How to remember that you’re in charge of your life
I believe that it’s no longer enough to be capable of identifying how and why your past reactions are derailing, hijacking, or sabotaging you. You must have a robust and self-sufficient way of breaking free from your trances. You must honour your Energy System and realise that YOU are it’s Master. Every cell in your being must know to answer to you and only you. Your system has been entranced by outdated programs and has answered to other authorities for far too long. It’s time for you to reclaim your power, live in your ESSENCE and take charge of your life.
The Simplicity of Listening to Your Body
By the time something has manifested as an ‘issue’ or ‘problem’ in your life it has already had an interesting life span. It has enjoyed life as a thought, an intuition, a gut feeling, a gentle nudge or a quiet whisper. How many times have you had an inkling about something that turned into a fully blown problem?
